The Purpl PIP & ADP Tracker is a free daily diary that helps you record how your disability or long term health condition affects everyday life. You can track symptoms, Daily Living and Mobility activities, support needs, medication and changing days, then create reports from the information you have recorded.
How to get started
Download the Purpl PIP & ADP Tracker
Create a free account
You can either:
- Enter your details manually OR
- Sign up using Google, Facebook or Apple
You do not need a paid Purpl membership or disability verification to use the tracker.
Once you are in, you can:
- start today's diary
- record how you feel
- log Daily Living and Mobility activities
- add medication
- set reminders
- view your Insights
- create reports
You do not need to complete every section every day. The tracker is designed to be flexible, so you can skip anything that is not relevant to you.
The most useful thing is to start recording regularly rather than waiting until a PIP or ADP form arrives.
How does the Purpl PIP Tracker protect your privacy?
Your diary may contain very personal information about your health and daily life.
The Purpl PIP / ADP Tracker is designed so your diary records stay on your own device.
Purpl does not have access to your records or data used in the app.
Information is shared only when you choose to export or share it.
That means you stay in control of what goes into your diary and what, if anything, you send to someone else.
