The medication section of the Purpl PIP / ADP Tracker lets you keep your medication information alongside your daily diary.
Adding medication
Open the Medication section and add the medicine you want to track.
Depending on the medication, you can record details such as:
- medication name
- dose
- frequency
- reminder time
You can then record how you managed your medication or treatment within the daily diary section.
If your medication causes side effects that affect your everyday life, record the impact in your daily diary too.
For example:
“Medication made me dizzy this morning and I needed help getting into the shower.”
The tracker is not a replacement for medical advice. Always follow the instructions given by your doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare professional.
