You can create a PDF report from the diary entries you have recorded and choose the period you want the report to cover.
Creating your report
Open the Reports section and choose the dates you want to include.
You may want a report covering:
- a recent period
- the weeks before a review
- a longer period showing a fluctuating condition
- dates relevant to a challenge or appeal
Choose which information you want included.
Depending on your entries and selections, your report may include:
- Summary & key patterns
- Graphs
- PIP activity breakdown
- Reliability summary
- Medication summary
- Full date-stamped appendix
- Retrospective notes
You can also choose to include your sensitive notes as well.
Select to save as a PDF to your device or email the report to a chosen address.
Make sure you review the report before sharing it.
