Purpl runs webinars to help members understand how to use the website and app, find discounts and make the most of their membership.
We typically run two webinars a month and you can just join when it suits you.

We also promote the webinars in the members group.
You don’t need to register, you can just turn up on the day.
If you require captions let us know at the beginning of the session.
You can usually join using a phone, tablet or computer. Check that your internet connection, sound and browser are working before the session starts.
Can I get a recording of the webinar?
No. Purpl webinars are not recorded.
Each session is different and is shaped by the questions members ask on the day. This means the discussion may include individual account questions or other information that is not suitable to share as a recording.
If you cannot attend, look out for another webinar date and register for a future session.
How will I hear about future webinars?
Make sure you are subscribed to Purpl emails so you do not miss new webinar dates. You can check your email preferences in your Purpl profile.
Also check your spam, junk and promotions folders for emails from [email protected].
