How to request a brand on Purpl

If we don't have a brand you'd like to see, tell us and we will do our best to get them live on Purpl so you can save more with your favourite brands.

We add new brands regularly, and member requests genuinely feed into which ones we approach. If there's somewhere you shop that isn't on Purpl:

Go to the support form on the website, or tap Profile > Help & Support in the app.
Choose Brands & Partnerships from the drop down list.
Tell us the brand name and a link to their website if not a well known national brand.

We can't promise every request becomes an offer, since it depends on the retailer agreeing. But requests do tell us where demand is, and popular ones get prioritised.
