Your information is stored securely and encrypted and is not shared with any third parties. All documents are removed once your account has been created or after a fix time.
Purpl uses your verification information only to confirm that you are eligible to join and to manage your membership.
When you upload a document, the image is used to verify your eligibility. Once your account has been verified, the uploaded document photo is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Purpl may keep limited details from the document, such as:
- Your name
- The type of document you used
- A document reference or identification number
- The expiry date, where relevant
- Confirmation that your verification was successful
This information is stored securely and encrypted and is not shared with any third parties.
Purpl keeps the information needed to manage your membership while your account remains active. If you delete your account then all personal data will be removed immediately.
