Most documents are verified automatically in seconds. Some documents may need to be reviewed manually by the Purpl team, which can take a little longer during busy periods.
If your document was successful: you proceed to the payment section to complete your subscription.
If you document was not successful you will receive an email letting you know we are manually reviewing your document.
Please do not keep uploading the same photo, wait for us to contact you.
How do I check my verification status?
Once manually approved you will receive a 'Welcome' email letting you know it has been approved - this comes from [email protected]
You can check also check your profile on Purpl - it will say Valid once approved.
Still waiting for verification approval?
If we require additional information we will send you a customer support email via [email protected]
Please check for our email so that you can review what information you need to provide and understand why your document failed.
What happens after I am approved?
Once your document has been approved, log back in and complete your subscription.
Your membership will become active once your payment has been completed.
Should I upload the document again while I wait?
No. Please wait for us to review your document rather than uploading the same image several times.

Can I use Purpl while I'm waiting?
You can browse offers and look around, but you can't reveal or claim codes until you're verified. If you're waiting on a manual review, it's worth browsing what's available so you're ready when the email lands.
