What if my document has more than one page?

1 min readUpdated 4 August 2026

If your document is more than one page, upload the page that shows the information Purpl needs to confirm your eligibility.

For most benefit letters, this is usually the full first page, showing:

  • Your name and address
  • The type of benefit or award
  • Confirmation that you receive it
  • The date of the letter or the award end date

You do not usually need to upload every page unless the first page does not show all the required information.

If more pages are required you can do one of the following options:

  1. Upload each page individually - wait for the first to fail and then go back to the beginning and add the next page.
  2. Save the file as a PDF and upload it as one document photo
  3. Email the document to [email protected] - ensure you are using the same email address as the one you use to set up your Purpl account.
