Due to the increasing cost of providing this service, on Thursday 25th September 2025 Morrison introduced a small administration charge to ensure customers still have access to the service quality they know and love.
How to place an order
- Call Morrisons on 0345 611 6111
- Select option 3
- Choose from a menu of essential groceries
- Request any additional items
Delivery orders are delivered the following day and delivery is free of charge.
Who can use the service?
The service is available to anyone who is unable to get to the shops, including the elderly, vulnerable, isolating, or shielding
In order to avoid the administration fee, you can order directly via the morrisons.com website or via our Groceries app.
