- LEGO City Adventure is not wheelchair accessible, however, we do have two other courses which are accessible. Please ensure to contact the Accessibility Experience Team here, with your booking confirmation number, so they can ensure one of these courses is made available to you.
- Quiet Hour runs on the first Saturday of each month (on operating days) from 4pm to 5pm, with reduced capacity, lower sound levels and adjusted lighting.
- Carer tickets are available during Quiet Hour bookings for eligible guests, subject to the required documentation.
- Accessible golf clubs are available free of charge.
- Ear defenders are available from the Resort Admissions Team on request.
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
