Everyday Amazon Finds That Genuinely Help Me Manage My MS (And Might Help You Too)

Living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or any long-term health condition often means constantly looking for new ways to support your body, ease daily symptoms, and feel a bit more in control.

Over the years, I’ve tried and tested a mountain of products – some were a waste of time, but others? Genuinely game-changing. From gadgets that help with muscle stiffness and fatigue to tools that improve circulation and joint support, I’ve pulled together the ones that make a real difference in my life.

This isn’t a generic list – it’s full of items I personally use as someone living with MS and navigating the weird, wonderful world of disability. Whether you have MS, another condition, or are just curious about tools that support mobility, pain relief, or circulation, there might be something here for you.

Massage Tools for Spasticity, Stiffness and Sore Muscles

Massage is a huge part of how I manage my spasticity and muscle tension. I’ve tried everything from professional physio tools to more affordable at-home gadgets. These are the ones I keep going back to:

Leg Movement and Muscle Maintenance While Sitting

I spend a lot of time at a desk, and keeping my legs moving is essential to stop stiffness, improve circulation, and prevent muscle weakening. These machines help keep me active, even when I’m knackered:

Back Pain, Stretching and Heat Therapy

MS can leave you feeling like your back is permanently locked up. These help me loosen up and manage pain, especially after long periods of inactivity:

  • HoMedics Stretch Plus Stretching Mat
I use this for around 45 minutes at a time. It’s a full-body stretch experience that feels like a physio session at home.
  • Electric Heat Pad
Brilliant for easing back pain, especially in winter when the cold makes everything worse. In fact, if you get cold whilst watching television, instead of turning the heating up – try this nifty gadget as it will warm you up super quickly.

Circulation and Foot Health Support

I struggle with poor circulation and swollen feet. These tools support blood flow, reduce swelling, and make a huge difference to my comfort and energy levels:

Hip and Thigh Muscle Alignment Support

I get a lot of tightness in my inner thighs, which can throw off hip alignment. This knee support helps overnight:

Finger and Hand Support for Mobility and Comfort

My right hand has started to curl, making day-to-day tasks like typing harder. These tools help keep my hands comfortable and functional:

Whole Body Vibration and Exercise Support

Exercise is still essential, even with MS. It supports the lymphatic system, reduces stiffness, and boosts energy. My go-to option at home is:

  • LifePro Vibrating Plate
Great for light exercise, lymphatic drainage, and general wellness support—without needing to leave the house.

Some Other Products That I Love

Whilst you are reading, I thought I would share some other products that I have purchased from Amazon

  • Booja Booja
My favourite brand for gluten free and plant based yumminess – honestly try their chocolate ice-cream as well, it is truly amazing and only has 5 ingredients – just shows you can make great tasting food without processed ingredients.
  • Booja booja
  • Rhythm 108
Another great chocolate brand for those of us who are gluten and diary free – and also those who want natural ingredients. Tastes great too – I especially love their chocolate orange bar.Rhythm108 chocolate
  • When The Body Says No
A must read for anyone who lives with a chronic condition, this book really made me rethink the way our bodies get impacted by stressors.
  • When the body says no, by Gabor Mate book image
  • Duvet Buttons
I am pretty sure it’s the ADHD that causes me to get frustrated by my duvet not staying in the corner of the duvet cover – and then my husband found these. Problem solved instantly.

Final Thoughts

Managing MS is tough. Everyone’s experience is different, but if you’re looking for practical ways to ease symptoms, boost circulation, support mobility, and stay comfortable—hopefully, this list gives you a helpful starting point.

None of these are miracle cures. But they do help me live with more comfort, independence, and confidence. If even one of them helps you too, that’s a win.
