How do I turn off auto-renewal?

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. You'll stay a member and keep access to offers right up until your renewal date - cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately.

You can turn-off or cancel your auto-renewal at any time. 

On the website

1. Go to Profile, then Manage Subscription.
2. Find your plan under Subscriptions and select turn off auto-renewal.
3. Follow the steps to confirm.

Once it's switched off, your subscription will show as Ends [date] so you can see exactly how long you have left. Changed your mind? You can turn auto-renewal back on from the same page before that date.

In the app

1. Tap Profile, then Manage Subscription.
2. Cancel your renewal in the billing portal that opens.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel through Settings > your name > Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store > Payments and subscriptions on Android.
