How do I update my email or mobile phone details?

Your name, email address, mobile number and email preferences are all editable from your profile. Your email address has its own section, because changing it also changes how you sign in.

How to update your account details on the website

1. Sign in and go to Profile
2. Under Your profile > Personal details you can change your Name and Mobile number
3. You can also check whether you are registered for yourself or as a parent, guardian or carer
4. You can also tick or untick to receive Purpl emails 
5. Click Save

How to update your account details in the app

1. Tap Profile
2. Scroll down to Email Address or Phone Number to change your mobile
3. You can also change your email marketing preferences in this section

Linking Apple, Google or Facebook for faster login

You can link your account to Apple, Google or Facebook to sign in faster next time. 

Linking uses the email address on that account, so it needs to match your Purpl one.

Under Profile scroll down to Linked accounts and select the one you wish to use.
