This is because Purpl does not have a physical membership card.
Purpl does not issue a physical membership card. Your Purpl card is digital and is used for participating in-store discounts.
The digital membership card is only available via the Purpl app.
You will need to add a clear photo of yourself before the card can be used.
Once it is set up, open your digital card on your phone and show it to the member of staff at the till when using an eligible in-store offer.
