Please note: any new member who declares a disability during the sign-up process will be required to complete a health assessment at their chosen gym before their PIN is activated. A member of the gym team will contact you by email to arrange a suitable time for this assessment.

At The Gym Group, the mission is to break down barriers to fitness and make exercise accessible for everyone. With high-spec equipment and support from friendly, expert trainers, The Gym Group provides everything needed to stay motivated and inspired.

After a new member joins, the Gym Manager will get in touch to arrange a convenient date and time for an introduction. During this session, the manager will provide a tour of the facilities, answer questions, and activate the member’s PIN. They will also carry out a personal health assessment, discuss any adjustments that may be required, and agree on a Personal Evacuation Plan if assistance would be needed in an emergency.

Once this process is complete, the PIN is activated and the member can begin using the gym.
