What is the TASSIMO returns policy?

For eligible online purchases, you normally have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to cancel your order. Products must not be perishable or used.

Once you tell TASSIMO you want to cancel, eligible products need to be returned within the required timeframe. TASSIMO can provide a Freepost returns label on request.
