Delivery

Field Doctor delivers frozen meals across most of mainland UK. Delivery charges vary depending on your location and can range from £5.50, with free delivery available on qualifying orders over £60 in most areas. Delivery is not currently available to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. Meals are delivered frozen and should be placed in your freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds

You can order meals as a one off purchase or choose a subscription. Subscriptions are completely flexible and can be paused, skipped, edited or cancelled through your online account.

Orders can usually be cancelled until they are sent to the picking team, which normally happens two days before delivery. After this point, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible because your meals have entered production.
