Purpl membership costs £1 a month (£12 paid annually) or £2 a month (paid monthly, cancel anytime)
Your subscription renews automatically, but you can switch off auto-renewal at any time. You may also be able to request a refund within the first 14 days, provided you have not started using the paid membership.
What are the membership options?
Annual membership

- Can be cancelled before the next monthly renewal
The exact amount you will pay is always shown at checkout before you complete your subscription.
If the renewal price changes, we will contact you in advance and explain when the new price will apply.
Important
You must have an active annual membership when entering and when winners or recipients are chosen for the Purpl Community Grant Fund, monthly savings prize draw and member competitions, unless the individual terms say otherwise.
Is there anything else to pay?
No. Purpl does not charge:
- A joining fee
- A verification fee
- A fee each time you use a discount
Your membership subscription is the only fee Purpl charges you.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. Your membership will renew monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.
You can switch off auto-renewal at any time within your 'Manage subscription' section. Your membership will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment, as long as you have not started using the paid membership as per our terms and conditions that you accept when joining Purpl.
You will only be entitled to a full refund if you have not accessed a code or offer through Purpl, whether through the Website, the app or any other Purpl service.
This includes:
(a) viewing a code;
(b) claiming a code;
(c) accessing an offer; or
(d) clicking the discounted link through the Get Offer button.
For monthly Memberships, this 14-day cooling-off period applies to the initial purchase only and does not restart on each monthly renewal.
Refund requests must be made through the refund page.
If you are eligible for a refund, the system will enable you to request it.
Is Purpl membership worth it?
This depends on which offers you use, but even one saving may cover the cost of annual membership.
For example, saving £12 on a Morrisons shop would cover the full annual membership fee. Any savings after that leave more money in your pocket.
You can use the Savings Calculator in your Purpl account to keep track of how much you have saved.
How do I pay?
You pay by debit or credit card or use Apple or Google pay.
Payments are handled securely by Purpl’s payment provider. Purpl does not store your full card number.
