• PUMA offers free returns on eligible online orders within a standard 30-day window from delivery. (Note: This is voluntarily extended to 60 days strictly for orders placed during the winter holiday season).
• Items must be returned completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Returns must be logged via PUMA's digital returns portal to generate a pre-paid courier drop-off label or QR code. Online orders cannot be returned to physical retail stores.
• Exclusions: Due to hygiene and manufacturing constraints, personalised items, opened swimwear, body-wear, and face masks cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
