Why Cosyfeet is Great for Disabled People

Our specially-designed, extra wide footwear caters to swollen feet, with significantly more width, depth, and space than the standard wide-fitting shoes available from other retailers. All our footwear features the same extra roomy width fitting (6E for women and 3H for men). Even if you're unsure of your exact width, most of our styles are adjustable enough to accommodate various foot shapes and levels of swelling.

Cosyfeet started in 1983 with a simple idea - to make attractive, extra roomy footwear for swollen feet. Since then, we’ve expanded our range so now there’s something for everyone including ultra-comfy socks and hosiery, premium foot care solutions and innovative mobility products. We are a small company that genuinely cares about our customers and their needs. We offer high-quality products which provide excellent value for money, along with a shopping experience that’s as easy and pleasant as possible.

We believe that swollen feet should have the most comfortable, stylish footwear possible. That’s why we combine the latest trends with premium materials and expert shoemaking. And thanks to innovations such as our ‘Hidden Depth’ design, our footwear fits swollen feet with ease but still looks stylish and streamlined. It’s also designed to minimise the risk of seams rubbing or causing discomfort which is important if you have sensitive or vulnerable feet.

If you have swollen feet and can’t find high street shoes to fit, you’ve come to the right place. Our footwear is specially designed to fit swollen feet, with many styles capable of fitting bunions, problem toes and bandaging.

All of our footwear is made by experienced craftspeople, who mix traditional skills with the latest technology. They are passionate about what they do, and a huge amount of work, care and attention goes into making every pair, with many of the processes done by hand. They use the highest quality leathers and fabrics along with advanced foot comfort technology to give you footwear that is consistent, comfortable, durable and a pleasure to wear.

A number of our socks are made in England. While many have turned to cheap, low-quality alternatives, our suppliers use premium yarns and time-honoured techniques to produce fabulous, quality products.

Healthcare professionals nationwide, including podiatrists, chiropodists and occupational therapists, regularly recommend Cosyfeet to their patients. As well as fulfilling a need that isn’t met by other brands on the high street, they know they can rely on the quality of our products. We are also recognised by the Healthy Footwear Guide, a collaboration between UK footwear brands and foot health professionals.

We have a fantastic team of friendly and experienced staff who are always willing to go the extra mile. We've partnered with Feefo, to help us collect genuine customer reviews. We’re delighted to announce that we’ve received the highest possible award from Feefo for our service based on genuine feedback from customers. To obtain a Platinum Trusted Service Award a company has to receive at least 50 reviews with an average service rating over 4.5 for five consecutive years!
