Accessibility is not guaranteed across every experience. If you need step-free access, an accessible toilet, wheelchair space, seating, sensory adjustments or other support, confirm the arrangements with Activity Superstore or the experience provider before purchasing or booking.
Some Activity Superstore experiences are designed for two people or groups, while others are sold for one participant.
Free carer or companion admission is not a standard Activity Superstore-wide entitlement. Individual venues and experience providers may have their own arrangements.
If you need a carer or companion to attend, check whether they require a separate ticket and whether any complimentary or discounted companion admission is available before purchasing.
New experience vouchers purchased directly from Activity Superstore are generally valid for 12 months.
The experience must be both booked and completed before the expiry date. Some seasonal activities may only operate during part of that period.
Eligible vouchers can be extended once for up to six additional months, provided the extension is requested before expiry. A £20 administration fee applies, and promotional vouchers cannot be extended.

Activity Superstore offers several delivery options for experience vouchers:
Physical vouchers can include a presentation wallet, making them suitable for gifting.
Activity Superstore accepts qualifying voucher returns within 28 days of purchase, subject to its terms.
Vouchers that have already been registered, booked, used or extended are generally not eligible for refunds. Delivery charges are excluded from refunds.
If you would prefer a different experience, eligible vouchers can be exchanged for another activity up to the voucher's value. If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference.
Exchanging a voucher does not reset its expiry date, and promotional products may be excluded from exchanges.
