Monthly ‘Savings’ Prize Draw Terms | Purpl Disabled Discounts

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Purpl Monthly Savings Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Promoter

The Prize Draw is run by The Purpl Co Limited (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Questions about the Prize Draw can be sent to [email protected].

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to registered Purpl members who are residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and are aged 18 or over at the date of entry.
Employees, officers, contractors and agents of the Promoter, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
Your Purpl account must be in good standing and must not be suspended, restricted or under review at the time of entry or at the time the winner is drawn.
Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person using different accounts, email addresses or identities are not allowed and will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter. However, entry is linked to your activity on Purpl account during the calendar month:

To enter a given month’s Prize Draw, you must claim offers and have tracked savings (either automatically tracked or evidenced by an uploaded receipt) from at least two (2) different brands during that calendar month.
Claims are counted based on the claim date shown in your Purpl account. Only claims that are successfully tracked or evidenced during the entry period will qualify. Please note that if you don’t accept full marketing cookies or use an app rather than a brand website purchases will not track.
Qualifying members will be automatically entered – there is no separate sign-up. You do not need to provide any additional information beyond what is already held in your Purpl account.
Entries made using any form of automated or third-party software, or entries that are fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise do not comply with these Terms, will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period

Each monthly Prize Draw covers a single calendar month, starting at 00:00 on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 on the last day of the month, UK time. Qualifying activity recorded within that period will be entered into that month’s Prize Draw.

5. The Prize

The prize for each monthly Prize Draw is one (1) £50 Gift Card (the “Prize”) from https://www.giftcard.co.uk/
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative, in whole or in part.
The Prize will be provided as an electronic gift voucher code sent to the winner’s registered email address. The voucher is subject to terms and conditions of use as stated on https://www.giftcard.co.uk/
Giftcard.co.uk is not a sponsor of, and is not otherwise associated with, this Prize Draw.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant entry period.
The draw will take place within fourteen (14) days of the end of the relevant month.
The draw will be conducted by the Promoter (or by an independent person nominated by the Promoter) using a process that ensures every valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

7. Notification and Claiming the Prize

The winner will be notified by email to the email address registered to their Purpl account within fourteen (14) days of the draw taking place. The email will come from [email protected]
The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of the Prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within fourteen (14) days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and either draw a replacement winner or roll the Prize over to the following month, at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
The Prize will be sent to the confirmed winner’s registered email address within thirty (30) days of acceptance.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that their account email address is accurate and monitored.

8. Winner’s Name

In accordance with UK prize draw practice, the surname and county of each winner will be made available on request by emailing [email protected] within one (1) month of the draw date. Winners may object to their details being shared in this way, in which case the Promoter will share anonymised information about the winner with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) if required.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Prize Draw and the fulfilment of any Prize, in accordance with UK data protection law (including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) and The Purpl Co Limited Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing purposes without your consent.

10. Promoter’s Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw, or to amend these Terms, at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary and where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these Terms, tampered with the entry process, acted in bad faith or in a manner likely to bring the Promoter into disrepute.
The decision of the Promoter in relation to any aspect of the Prize Draw (including the selection of the winner) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or the Prize, including any loss, damage or injury suffered by entrants, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or for fraud).
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical, network or system failures that prevent entries from being received or processed.

12. General

The Prize Draw is not open to anyone where entry is prohibited by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
